OK, the region champion is supposed to be the "home" team, playing at a nearby neutral site.

Yet the girls team from Patrick County (Reg IV/Div 3 champ) has to travel an hour and a half to play Region III runner up Northside....which is like 10 minutes from Salem Civic Center.

What's wrong with this picture?
